Ramón F. Gómez

Ramón Gómez is a foreign associate at Dunning, Vallejo & MacDonald LLP, where he focuses on international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. He advises on commercial and investment-related matters and assists in the preparation of legal analysis and research concerning arbitration, public international law, and comparative law issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Ramón practiced in Mexico at Santos Elizondo, where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and enforcement proceedings before Mexican courts.  His work included disputes involving infrastructure, financial institutions, and contractual claims with cross-border implications.

Ramón earned his LL.M. in General Studies, with a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Fulbright Scholar and graduated on the Dean’s List.  He also holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, graduating with distinction.

A Mexican national, Ramón is fluent in Spanish and English.
