Michael focuses his practice on commercial litigation and arbitration.

Prior to joining Dunning Vallejo & MacDonald LLP, Michael served as a law clerk to the Hon. Nelson S. Román, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.  Earlier in his career, he practiced at the litigation and transactional practices of an international New York law firm, where he represented a wide variety of clients in both domestic and international matters.

Michael is a magna cum laude graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and a Fellow with the Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law.

Michael is also a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a B.A. in Political Science.
