Our partner Damian Vallejo participated last week on a panel about the valuation of damages during the XVII International Arbitration Conference organized by AMCHAM Quito – Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce.
The panel was moderated by Paulette Ocampo (Pino Elizalde), and included the participation of Carolina Posada (Posse Herrera Ruiz), Eliana Baraldi (Eliana Baraldi Advogados), Orlando Cabrera (Hogan Lovells Cadwalader) and Andres Barrera (Berkeley Research Group).
