Our partner Damián Vallejo moderated a panel on contract interpretation and advocacy as a part of the 2025 GAR Civil Law Summit in Madrid. The panel included eminent arbitrators and civil law practitioners: Giuditta Cordero-Moss, Paulino Fajardo, Xavier Favre-Bulle, Hamid Gharavi and Fabrizio Hernandez-Pampaloni.
